Product Description
The RocketRAID 640 series are designed to optimize storage performance and redundancy with RAID levels 0, 1, 5 and 10 with port multiplier enclosure, and JBOD.
The RocketRAID 640 series enables the use of the industry’s newest and fastest hard drives at 6Gb/s while providing backward compatibility to legacy 1.5 or 3Gb/s drives.
It uses the same cable and connectors as previous SATA generations to ease integration.
• Online capacity expansion (OCE) and Online RAID level migration (ORLM).
• RAID Array Roaming.
• Unplug/Remove RAID array.
• Hot key (ctrl-h) boot-up RAID manager via BIOS.
• Firmware update while running the Operating System.
• Verify RAID Array for Bad Sectors and Parity Check.
